Reverberate - Leanne Chahley
Inspiration: Happy, maximalist, improv blocks in all the colours but no neutrals.
Design: When I created this quilt, I took the blocks received from the group and spent a long time arranging and rearranging them. I added blocks of my own and also filled in the gaps after I was happy with the overall layout. This quilt has a faced binding. Once the quilt was completed, it was washed and dried in regular machine on warm heat to add shrinkage to add texture.
Quilting: Leanne Chahley - Industrial, matchstick organic hand-drawn lines with cotton thread. I free motion quilted with my long arm machine.
